Every fulfilment channel Triage guides into now has documented destinations. Whatever the mix underneath, the Intent Record is the constant — the coverage tables below are the receipts.

Upstream connectors, destinations and platform integrations
Upstream connectors Beta are where the diagnostic questions are asked. composerID destinations are the systems of record composerID publishes Intent Records into (50: 3 mapped, 32 documented, 15 roadmap). Triage platform integrations (28) are systems the decision-intelligence layer connects to — they feed the decision, they are not publishing destinations.
Upstream connectors
Intent is born where work is asked for. Upstream connectors put Triage’s diagnostic questions inside the tools requesters already live in (starting with Microsoft Teams) so the decision is made at the moment of need. composerID then carries that decision downstream into the systems of record.

Minimum viable mapping (MVM)
MVM defines the smallest set of canonical fields that lets composerID publish a useful record to a destination platform without forcing the user into platform form-filling at intake. Platform pages show which fields are required, recommended, or tenant-specific.

Why MVM matters — reduces adoption frictionExpand
Most programs fail in the gap between intent (“I need help”) and action (a record in the destination system). MVM keeps the user in a decision/diagnostic experience (Triage), then composerID completes the platform-specific requirements via (a) mapping profiles, (b) enrichment loops, or (c) tenant custom-field discovery.
